Your data is stored securely inside GoHighLevel (a UK-compliant CRM platform) and through our systems. Data is encrypted and only accessible to you and our team. We keep your data for the duration of your service and for 90 days after you leave, then delete it unless you request otherwise.

These terms apply to anyone who books a call, fills in our onboarding form, or uses our services. By booking a call or submitting your details you agree to these terms.
True Form Works LTD provides done-for-you lead generation and marketing backend services for construction trades businesses. This includes:
Founding Member Rate: £797 per month (limited to first 4 clients, locked forever after)
Standard Rate: £2,997 per month (after founding spots fill)
Ad Spend: Minimum £300 per month paid directly to Meta by you. This is separate from our monthly fee.
Billing: Monthly via Stripe invoice, due within 7 days of invoice date.
Setup Fee: None.
Pricing may change. We will always give you 30 days notice before any price change to your service fee.
Initial Term: 12 months minimum commitment required.
Founding Rate Lock: Your founding rate of £797/month is locked for the entire 12-month term and beyond, as long as you remain a client.
Early Cancellation: Not permitted within the initial 12-month period. Cancellation prior to 12 months results in immediate termination of services with no refund.
After 12 Months: Month-to-month service continues, or renewal at standard rates (£2,997/month). You can cancel with 30 days written notice.
We commit to building your system properly and launching your ads within 7 days. If your system is not live and ads are not running by day 7, we will extend your service at no cost until they are live.
To deliver results we need you to:
True Form Works works with ONE trades business per trade per area only. Once you sign, your trade and geographic area are locked and protected. No competing trades businesses in your area will receive leads from our system while you remain a client.
This exclusivity is part of your investment and cannot be transferred or shared.
We work hard to generate qualified leads for your business. However, we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads or jobs as results depend on:
Expected lead volume is 3-12 qualified jobs per month depending on these factors. We optimize continuously but cannot guarantee results.
Invoices are due within 7 days. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service until payment is made. Late payments may incur additional fees as per UK law.
All leads generated through our system belong to you. You own all customer data captured. Call recordings and data are yours to keep. We act as your data processor and will not share your data with competitors or third parties outside of Meta (for advertising purposes).
Any information you share with us will be kept confidential. We will never share your business information, strategies, or customer data with your competitors or any third party without your permission.
If you terminate your service (after the initial 12-month period), we will:

Our maximum liability is limited to one month's service fee.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through written communication first. If not resolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or small claims court as appropriate.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will always notify you of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
These terms, along with the signed service agreement and your onboarding form, constitute the entire agreement between you and True Form Works. No other agreements or promises apply unless in writing and signed by both parties.
